About Old Hickory Recovery
Old Hickory Recovery, a subsidiary of the Keith Dixon Foundation Inc., is a nonprofit recovery home community for men that provides all of the recovery support services necessary in order for individuals to find a life of sustained recovery.
Our recovery homes are founded on the belief that a person's living environment plays one the biggest roles in helping someone learn a new way of life. We also believe that recovery homes should be structured with loving accountability as a guiding principle.
The founders, Logan Terry and Nick Talmo, met while in sober living together in 2018. After finding a life of recovery they now strive to provide the same type of environment that they were able to find recovery in. This includes providing a home-like environment with a strong sense of community. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can learn how to live a life free from addiction.

With a team of dedicated professionals, including three full-time employees, and 1 or 2 live-in house managers, we ensure that the quality and culture of our homes align perfectly with our mission. High-Quality Recovery Housing
At Old Hickory Recovery, we provide a comfortable and safe environment for individuals in need of recovery services. Our homes are designed with comfort and recovery in mind, providing a home-like environment rather than a facility. We understand that environment in which you recover in MATTERS and we strive to provide the best possible homes for our residents
Individualized Support & Case Management
We provide individualized support to our residents in order to develop recovery goals and facilitate access to our partnered recovery support services such as Therapy, Counseling, Life-Skills Training, Medical, & Psychiatric care. We offer comprehensive assessments and develop individualized recovery plans to ensure our residents have the resources and support they need to reach their long-term recovery goals.
Transportation
At our Recovery Homes, we offer accountability that is designed to keep our residents on track with their recovery goals. We have 3 full time staff members and 1-2 live in house managers at each location, all with lived experience, so that we can provide loving accountability. This ensures that you have the support and guidance you need to stay on the right path.
